Roque & Mark Co. is proud to announce the opening of Please Enjoy Coffee Bar and Offhand Wine bar at The Stanford West!

Roque & Mark Co. is proud to announce the opening of Please Enjoy Coffee Bar and Offhand Wine bar at The Stanford West — one of R&M’s flagship properties on Santa Monica Blvd. The cafe is a locally owned business started by long time L.A. restaurateur and Santa Monica native Jared Meisler. Meisler and Roque & Mark Vice President, Marius Markevicius, attended Lincoln Junior High School and Santa Monica High School together. As long time friends, they’ve collaborated on several business ventures. Please Enjoy Coffee Bar is their latest project located in the mixed-use building at 3008 Santa Monica Blvd.

This location has even more significance as it is the site where Albinas Markevicius (Roque & Mark President) first opened Roque & Mark in 1965.  “We are very happy to have a new neighborhood serving cafe that is locally owned and operated on this stretch of Santa Monica Blvd. Since Covid, so many restaurants and cafes in the area have closed, so Please Enjoy is kind of an oasis of good coffee and food in the area,” — Albinas Markevicius.

“The fact that this site was the original site of the first Roque & Mark offices makes it an extension of our long time family business that we are very proud of. We wish Jared Meisler and the whole Please Enjoy/Offhand wine bar team success in 2023 and beyond.” added Marius Markevicius.

Please see the attached article featuring Please Enjoy in the December 29th issue of The Argonaut.
